Orders are processed and dispatched within up to 3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination region. All orders are delivered to designated Parcel Lockers and Pickup Points via third-party logistics providers (OMNIVA and DPD).

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate upon checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, force majeure, or additional reshipping costs resulting from incorrect delivery information or failure to collect the parcel on time.

You have the right to return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be absolutely unworn, unwashed, free of stains or damage, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product shows any signs of use beyond basic fitting.

You may request an exchange for an item of the same or different size/color within these 14 days, subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will process a standard refund. The condition of exchanged items must meet the exact same requirements as returned items.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Once we receive and successfully inspect the returned goods, refunds are processed within 14 days back to your original payment method used during the purchase. The refund includes the cost of the products and standard initial delivery costs; however, return shipping fees paid by the customer are non-refundable.

Cotton

• Wash at 30–40°C on a regular or delicate cycle using a mild detergent suitable for children’s clothing.
• Avoid bleach and high temperatures to prevent shrinkage.
• Air drying is highly recommended. While tumble drying on a low setting is permissible, it is generally not advised as it may lead to shrinkage and pilling.
• Wash dark-colored items separately to prevent color bleeding.
• Promptly reshape the garment after washing and air dry naturally in a cool place.

Knitwear (Stretch Cotton)

• Wash at a maximum of 30°C on a delicate cycle.
• To prevent losing shape, do not wring the garment and avoid hanging it vertically to dry (dry flat).
• Tumble drying is not recommended, as it may cause shrinkage and pilling.
• Wash dark-colored items separately to prevent color bleeding.
• Promptly reshape the garment after washing and air dry naturally in a cool place.

Polyester / Fleece

• Wash at a maximum of 30°C on a delicate cycle using a mild detergent.
• Wash the garment inside out and strictly separate from items with rough surfaces (zippers, velcro, etc.) to prevent damage and pilling.
• Do not iron and avoid exposure to direct high temperatures.
• Wash dark-colored items separately to prevent color bleeding.
• Promptly reshape the garment after washing and air dry naturally in a cool place.

Children’s Aprons / Bibs (Water-Repellent Polyester)

• Wipe clean with a damp cloth or wash at a maximum of 30°C.
• Do not use harsh or aggressive cleaning agents.
• Exposure to high temperatures, including hot water and intensive tumble drying, is strictly prohibited. Air dry only.
• Do not iron.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

• With prolonged use and regular washing, natural changes to the garment may occur, including slight shrinkage, loss of shape, and changes in fabric color or texture.
• Material characteristics (such as elasticity, softness, and water-repellent properties) may naturally alter over time and after washing.
• Once an item has been worn and/or washed, it is no longer eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.
• We strongly recommend carefully inspecting the product for any defects prior to first use and washing.
